Do I pay anything to join?
No. Joining is free, and you get a demo sign and training to start.
When do I get my commission?
Commission becomes payable once the customer's payment is confirmed by the TapHub office. You can check your balance any time on WhatsApp.
What if a customer doesn't pay?
Then there is no sale: the sign is not switched on and no commission is earned. Never hand over a sign you have not been paid for.
How do customers pay?
Cash to you, with a receipt from TapHub, or Mobile Money straight to TapHub's official business number. Never to a personal number.
What do I need to start?
A phone with WhatsApp, a few hours a week and the confidence to walk into a business and say hello. The Academy covers the rest.
